Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your product to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
